Registration and Parental Release

Monthly fee is based on an average of 4 weeks per month. If you have a 5th lesson week it will be FREE. If your lesson falls on a holiday closure, a make-up lesson will be issued automatically. Lesson reservations are ongoing. Rates are subject to change.

We also offer Pre-Payment options of 4 Months, 8 Months or 12 Months for additional savings.

Taking a Break: A Withdrawal Form is required (online or at your lesson) two weeks prior to your stop date.

Schedule Changes:

If you need to change your lesson type, time, or teacher, just call our scheduling office with your availability and we will do our best to meet your scheduling needs. If you will be missing multiple classes, and would like to continue reserving your times, please call the scheduling office to receive make-ups.

To assure your account is properly closed, we cannot accept withdrawal over the phone, by e-mail, or through a teacher. Pre Pay accounts are subject to loss of discount. A $25 Fee will be applied to all refunds.

How to report an absence:

Please call our Scheduling Office (714) 832.8910 or report online at www.bluebuoy.com/report-an-absence/ a minimum of 8 hours advance notice for absences. More advanced notice is appreciated and will make it easier for everyone to schedule their make-ups. Make-ups for future months will be applied when tuition for that month is paid. How to schedule your make-up lesson:

· Please call or email us the week you would like to schedule your make-up (7 days out).

· Provide a few different day/time options that will work for you.

· Let us know if you are open to teachers other than the one(s) you are enrolled with.

· Please be certain of your availability – we do not reschedule make-ups.

· Make-up lessons must be scheduled while you are in a paid enrollment.

· Make-ups have no monetary value and DO NOT extend your current enrollment.

· Make-ups never expire and they carry forward into the following year.

· If you take a break from lessons, any unscheduled make-ups will remain frozen on your account. They will be available again when you re-enroll.

Make-ups never expire, but you must be currently enrolled and paid up to date to schedule a make-up. We do not credit, prorate, extend lessons, or give refunds due to missed classes. Make-ups have no cash value.

Substitute Instructors: You will be notified via text per Primary number given on the Registration form. If your regular instructor is not available, we will provide a substitute, or you have the option of taking a make-up for your lesson (see report absence).
